CJ is the senior pastor of Southside Baptist Church in Elm City. He and his wife, Shaneki, have been married for 20 years and have served at Southside for ten years.
CJ is a graduate of North Greenville University (B.A.) and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div., EDD.). He has over 20 years of ministry experience, including children ministry, youth ministry, senior adult ministry, and pastoral ministry.
CJ is a 2020 graduate of Tar Heel Leadership and now serves as Assistant Producer at the Rocky Mount location.
